Flywire Partners with KnowBe4 to Modernize Global Invoice-to-Cash Operations
Flywire Corporation has entered into a strategic three-year partnership with KnowBe4 to transform the latter’s global invoice-to-cash operations, as enterprises increasingly seek scalable solutions for cross-border payments and accounts receivable.
Under the agreement, KnowBe4 has selected Flywire as its preferred partner for global A/R and international payments, committing millions of dollars in annual payment volume through the platform. The collaboration is designed to replace legacy payment systems and streamline complex financial workflows as the cybersecurity firm continues to expand its global footprint.
KnowBe4, which serves more than 70,000 organizations worldwide, will leverage Flywire’s integrated invoice-to-cash solution and proprietary global payments network to automate its entire billing and collections lifecycle. The platform enables end-to-end processing—from invoicing to reconciliation—within a single system, significantly reducing operational complexity.
The partnership is expected to deliver substantial efficiency gains. By automating manual reconciliation processes, KnowBe4 anticipates reducing back-office workload by approximately 95%, allowing finance teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than administrative tasks. The solution also enhances global reach, enabling the company to accept payments in more than 140 local currencies across over 240 countries and territories, while optimizing exchange rates and lowering transaction costs.
In addition to operational improvements, the integration is designed to accelerate revenue cycles by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving cash flow predictability. By consolidating multiple payment providers into a single infrastructure, KnowBe4 can also reduce IT complexity and maintenance overhead.
Executives from both companies emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership. KnowBe4 highlighted the need for a scalable payments infrastructure to support its international growth, while Flywire positioned the collaboration as an example of how modern payment systems can evolve from operational bottlenecks into drivers of business performance.
The agreement reflects a broader trend among global enterprises to modernize finance operations through automation and unified payment platforms, enabling faster transactions, improved customer experiences, and more efficient cross-border financial management.
