Pismo to power Vivi Money’s AI-driven financial platform
Through the partnership, Vivi Money will utilise Pismo’s core banking APIs to create and manage a new range of transaction and savings accounts.
Vivi Money, which claims to be Australia’s first AI-powered digital wallet and money manager, has teamed up with Brazilian core banking platform Pismo to underpin its new product suite.
Founded by Graham Hayworth and CEO Will Cormack in 2021, Vivi Money currently offers a money management app designed to work alongside users’ existing banks. The app allows customers to round up spare change into savings, set spending limits, view upcoming bills, and more.
The company recently introduced its financial AI assistant, Vivi, which connects to users’ bank accounts, loans, credit cards, and retirement savings systems. Vivi provides real-time analysis of cash flow, liabilities, and interest structures, enabling users to reallocate surplus funds, adjust repayments, and optimise savings balances.
“Vivi Money is Australia’s first financial platform of its kind to integrate a sophisticated conversational AI experience directly into a live financial services environment, delivering proactive, personalised AI-initiated money management in real-time”, states Cormack. “We didn’t build Vivi to be another version of what’s already out there; we built it to change how people interact with their money, using AI to make it simpler to understand, move, and act upon”, adds the CEO.
